Meet our 280th Leo’s Kid: Tilak Bhusal! 🧡
We are happy to welcome Tilak Bhusal, a brave 13-year-old boy from Ghorahi, Dang, to our Leo’s Kids family. Tilak is currently fighting Blood Cancer and is receiving treatment at Bharatpur Cancer Hospital.
Tilak’s journey began when he started experiencing a fever and pain in his chest, hands, and legs. His family first took him to a nearby clinic, but the condition could not be diagnosed. Later, they traveled to Kanti Children’s Hospital, where blood cancer was diagnosed, and he was eventually referred to Bharatpur Cancer Hospital for specialized care.
To provide a stable and supportive home during his treatment, Tilak and his family are staying at our C-Flat. This allows his parents, Lila mani Bhusal (a farmer) and Sabitra Bhusal (a housewife), to stay together while focusing on his recovery. Before his diagnosis, Tilak was a dedicated student in Class 8 at Gan Sindhu Higher Secondary School.
