We are happy to welcome Sohana, a brave 5-year-old girl from Khotang, to our Leo’s Kids family. Suhana is currently fighting Blood Cancer and is receiving treatment at Kanti Children’s Hospital.
Sohana’s journey began when she was first taken to Jalpa Hospital, though a diagnosis could not be made at that time. She was later taken to Bharatpur Cancer Hospital and eventually referred to Kanti Children’s Hospital, where her cancer was diagnosed and her treatment is now ongoing.
To provide a stable and supportive environment during her journey, Sohana and her family are staying at our K-Flat. This home away from home allows her parents—Naresh Bardeba, who works in foreign employment, and Bimala Bardeba, a housewife—to focus entirely on her care and recovery. Before her diagnosis, Suhana was a student in the Nursery class at Shree Kalika Primary School.
