Meet our 258th Leo’s Kid: Salin Gharti!
We are honored to introduce our 258th Leo’s Kid, Salin Gharti, a brave 6-year-old boy from Palpa! Salin is currently undergoing treatment for B-Cell ALL, a type of blood cancer, at Bharatpur Cancer Hospital.
His parents, Dhana Bahadur Gharti and Tara Devi Gharti, took him to the dentist because he had a toothache. The dentist noticed unusual signs that raised concern for cancer, and he was immediately referred to Bharatpur Cancer Hospital for specialized testing. The tests confirmed the diagnosis of B-Cell ALL.
To provide a safe and supportive environment for Salin and his family during this challenging time, they are now staying at C-Flat. Before his diagnosis, Salin was a Class 1 student at Shree Satyawoti Primary School.
