Meet our 228th Leo’s Kid, Radhya Chaudhary Tharu!
Join us in extending a warm welcome to our newest Leo’s Kid, 1.6-year-old Radhya Chaudhary Tharu! 👋 This brave little girl from Om Satiya-4, Rupandehi, Lumbini, has been diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).
Radhya’s journey began when she felt unwell, leading her loving parents, Ramesh Chaudhary (a hardworking plumber) and Aasha Kumari Chaudhary Tharu, to seek medical help. After initial checks at Lumbini Provincial Hospital, doctors recommended further testing at Kanti Children’s Hospital in Kathmandu, where the difficult diagnosis of blood cancer was confirmed. She is now bravely undergoing treatment at Bharatpur Cancer Hospital (BPKMH) and is staying with us at Leo’s Kids C-flat.
Despite such a challenging start, Radhya’s spirit is truly inspiring. We are here to support her and her family every step of the way, providing housing, food, transportation, and other necessary assistance throughout her treatment. Let’s send all our love and positive energy to Radhya as she embarks on her healing journey.
