Meet our 246th Leo’s Kid, Mohammad Dilsad!
We are honored to welcome 17-year-old Mohammad Dilsad from Vijay Nagar, Kapilvastu, as our 246th Leo’s Kid! This brave young man has been diagnosed with T-ALL, a type of blood cancer, and is currently receiving treatment at Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital.
He is staying at the Arlene Miskelly Memorial Flat, which was generously sponsored by Sunayana Limbu, providing a safe and supportive home for him and his family during this difficult time.
Mohammad’s father, Abdulsalm Khan, is a farmer, and his mother is Rukhsana Khatoon. He also has one sibling. Before his diagnosis, Mohammad was a diligent student in class 9 at Shree Shiv Secondary School.
His journey began with a fever, followed by the appearance of lumps around his neck and other parts of his body. He was initially taken to a nearby hospital and then referred to Bhairahawa Hospital, where he was diagnosed with blood cancer. He was finally referred to Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital for specialized treatment.
