Meet our 249th Leo’s Kid: Itusha Limbu!
We are honored to welcome 10-year-old Itusha Limbu from Phedap-1, Tehrathum, as our 249th Leo’s Kid! This courageous young girl has been diagnosed with B-cell ALL and is currently receiving treatment at Bharatpur Cancer Hospital.
Itusha is now comfortably settled at our C-Flat, providing a supportive home environment for her and her family during her treatment. Her father, Dev Raj Limbu, is a dedicated farmer, and her mother, Sarmila Limbu, also works as a factory farmer. Itusha is in class 4.
Her journey began with a fever, leading her to BP Hospital in Dharan, where she was admitted for four days. After that, she was taken to Birat Medical College, where she was diagnosed with cancer after another four days. She was then referred to BP Koirala Cancer Hospital for further specialized treatment.
