Day 2 at Bhaktapur: Games, Smiles, and Gratitude at Leo’s Kids B-Flats
Today marked Day Two of our journey, and we had the privilege of visiting Leo’s Kids B-Flats in Bhaktapur! It was an incredible experience meeting the new families staying there and reconnecting with our wonderful caretaker, Kumari, who ensures these families feel at home away from home.
While we missed seeing a few of our brave Leo’s Kids who were at the hospital receiving their treatment today (sending them all our love!), the energy at the flats was uplifting. James and Anika jumped right in, teaching the kids some new games. Seeing the joy and focus on their faces as they played was the highlight of the day. Moments like these—where kids can just be kids—are exactly what this foundation strives to provide.
