We’re overjoyed to share the heartwarming news that our 209th Leo’s Kid, the 11-year-old Urina BK, has successfully completed her active treatment for brain cancer and is now entering the maintenance phase! Urina is the 126th Leo’s Kid to survive cancer!
Urina received her treatment at Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital. During these challenging 152 days, Urina and her family stayed at Leo’s Kid B-flat, specifically in the Jyoti Group room, which became their home away from home.
Her parents, Krishna Bahadur BK, a Pathao Rider, and Hom Maya BK, a housewife, have been pillars of strength, providing immense love and courage throughout Urina’s journey. We are incredibly proud of Urina and her family and wish her all the best on her continued path to full recovery!
