We’re overjoyed to share the heartwarming news that our 186th Leo’s Kid, the 12-year-old Sandip Manden Limbu has successfully completed his active cancer treatment and is now entering the maintenance phase! Sandip is our 113th Leo’s Kid to survive cancer!
Sandip received his treatment at Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital under the expert care of Dr. Ritu Lamichhane. During these challenging 190 days, Sandip and his family stayed at Leo’s Kid B-flat, which became their home away from home.
His parents, Damber Dhoj Manden and Amrita Khimding Manden, both working as laborers, have been a pillar of strength, providing immense love and courage throughout Sandip’s journey. We are incredibly proud of Sandip and his family and wish him all the best on his continued path to full recovery!
