We’re happy to share the heartwarming news that our 150th Leo’s Kid, 8-year-old Jenisha Bhomjan, has successfully completed her active treatment for blood cancer and is now entering the maintenance phase! Jenisha is the 105th Leo’s Kid to survive cancer!
Jenisha received her treatment at Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital under the care of Dr. Ritu Lamichhane. During these challenging 279 days, Jenisha and her family stayed at the Arlene Miskelly Memorial Flat, specifically in the Vishnu Patel room, which became their home away from home.
Jenisha’s family shared, “We are so happy to have stayed here for the past several months during our daughter’s treatment. Today, we are overjoyed to finally take her home after her successful recovery. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the LeoKids Foundation for your support.”
