Itisha, a resilient 9-year-old, has successfully completed a vital phase of her treatment for Liver Cancer! Her victory marks her as our 136th Leo’s Kid to Survive Cancer treatment and our 203rd Leo’s Kid overall!
Itisha received her specialized care at Kanti Children’s Hospital. For an incredible 301 days, Itisha and her dedicated parents, Jahendra Singh Mahara (small business) and Radha Bista (Housewife), were housed in the supportive environment of the Leo’s Kids K-Flat, providing them a home away from their permanent address in Darchula.
Itisha was released from the treatment as she successfully transitioned into the crucial Maintenance phase of her recovery! Her perseverance and strength are truly inspirational.
