We are happy to welcome Bhupesh Budha Magar, a brave 14-year-old boy from Kalika, Dolpa, to our Leo’s Kids family. Bhupesh is currently fighting Blood Cancer and is receiving treatment at Patan Hospital.
Bhupesh’s journey began when lumps appeared on his neck. He was first taken to a village hospital and later referred to Kathmandu for further care. After initial treatment at Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital, he was referred to Patan Hospital, where his cancer diagnosis was confirmed and his treatment is currently ongoing.
To provide a stable and supportive environment during his journey, Bhupesh and his family are staying at the Arlene Miskelly Memorial Flat in the Sunayana Limbu-6 room. This home away from home allows his parents—Dharma Raj Budha Magar, who works as a farmer, and Laxmi Kumari Budha Magar, a housewife—to focus entirely on his care and recovery.
Let’s surround Bhupesh and his family with love, strength, and hope as he undergoes his treatment. Every bit of support helps him get one step closer to returning home to Dolpa.
