Eleven-year-old Arish Karki from Ilam is battling a tumor Cancer. His journey began with persistent headaches, which led to an initial medical check up in Jhapa. A CT scan confirmed the presence of a tumor, requiring surgery at a neuro hospital. Following the procedure, Arish was referred to Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital for continued Cance treatment.
Arish, a fifth grader at Sangrumba Secondary School, loves playing soccer and has a keen interest in English. He is currently staying with his family at the Arlene Miskelly Memorial Flats, in a room generously sponsored by Vishnu Patel Family. His strength and determination inspire everyone he meets.
