Welcome, Our 207th Leo’s Kid: Aayansh Shrestha, A Tiny Fighter from Dhading!
We are so thrilled to welcome the 207th child into Leonardo Edward Shrestha Foundation family – two-year-old Aayansh Shrestha! Aayansh, originally from Dhading, has been diagnosed with blood cancer and is now receiving treatment at Kanti Children’s Hospital in Kathmandu.
To ensure Aayansh and his family have a safe and comfortable place to stay during his treatment, he is now residing in one of our generously sponsored rooms at Leo’s Kids K-Flats. His father, Arjun, works as an office helper, and his mother, Nirmala, along with his sibling, are all navigating this challenging journey together.
Despite the difficulties he faces, Aayansh is a bright and resilient little boy. In between his treatments, he loves to immerse himself in the colorful world of cartoon TV shows, finding moments of joy and distraction.
Aayansh’s symptoms began with a fever and pain in his hands and legs. When his limbs later turned pale, resembling signs of blood deficiency, his parents sought medical attention.
We are committed to supporting Aayansh and his family with long-term housing, food, transportation, and a portion of his medical expenses throughout his treatment journey. Please join us in extending a warm welcome and sending strength and positive thoughts to Aayansh and his loved ones.
If you’d like to support brave Leo’s Kids like Aayansh, please consider donating.
