Meet our 290th Leo’s Kid: Srishti Neupane! 🧡
We are happy to welcome Srishti Neupane, a brave 5-year-old girl from Tripuresundari, to our Leo’s Kids family. Srishti is currently fighting Blood Cancer and is receiving treatment at Patan Hospital.
Srishti’s journey began when she developed a fever, stomach swelling, and blue patches on her body. Her family sought medical help at a health post and was referred to several hospitals, including Bardibas Hospital, Kanti Children’s Hospital, and Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital, before a final diagnosis was made at Patan Hospital.
To provide a stable and supportive environment during her journey, Srishti and her family are staying at our P-Flat. This home away from home allows her parents—Kuber Neupane, who works as a labourer, and Rasmita Adhikari, a housewife—to focus entirely on her care and recovery. Before her diagnosis, Srishti was a student in Class 1.
Let’s surround Srishti strength, and hope as she undergoes her treatment. Every bit of support helps her get one step closer to returning home and to her school.
