We are honored to welcome Muna BK, a brave 16-year-old from Salyan Darma gaupalika-6, to our Leo’s Kids family. Muna is currently fighting a Brain Tumor and is receiving treatment at Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital.
Muna’s journey began when she started experiencing indigestion. She was first taken to Bir Hospital for treatment, where her cancer was diagnosed. Following the diagnosis, she was referred to Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital, where her treatment is currently ongoing.
To provide a stable and supportive environment during her journey, Muna and her family are staying at the Arlene Miskelly Memorial Flat in the Pam Paul Olson room. This home away from home allows her parents—Khim bahadur Nepali, who works as a farmer, and Kalika Nepali, a housewife—to focus entirely on her care and recovery. Before her diagnosis, Muna was a dedicated student in Class 8 at Shree Prathamik vidyalaya.
Let’s come together to surround Muna and her family with strength, hope, and love as she continues her fight. Every bit of support helps her get one step closer to returning home and to her studies.
