Meet our 278th Leo’s Kid: Bhumika Chaudhary! 🧡
We are happy to welcome Bhumika Chaudhary, a brave 6-year-old girl from Bardia, Nepal, to our Leo’s Kids family. Bhumika is currently fighting Eye Cancer and is receiving treatment at Kanti Children’s Hospital.
Bhumika’s journey began when an issue first appeared in her eye. Her family took her to Tilganga Hospital for a checkup, where cancer was diagnosed. She was then referred to Kanti Children’s Hospital for further specialized treatment.
To provide a stable and supportive environment during her journey, Bhumika and her family are staying at our K-Flat. This home away from home allows her parents, Bhupendra Tharu (a farmer) and Maya Tharu (a housewife), to stay together while focusing on her recovery. Before her diagnosis, Bhumika was a bright student in Nursery at Shree Kishan Ma. Bi.
