Meet our 269th Leo’s Kid: Salin Kumar Galan! 💚
We are honored to welcome our 269th Leo’s Kid, Salin Kumar Galan, a brave 4-year-old boy from Naukunda – 4, Rasuwa! Salin is currently undergoing treatment for Neuroblastoma at Patan Hospital in Kathmandu.
Salin’s health journey began with a persistent fever that wouldn’t respond to medicine, followed by weight loss and loss of appetite. These concerning symptoms led his parents to seek a check-up at the Teaching Hospital. There, he was diagnosed with cancer and referred to Patan Hospital for specialized treatment, where he is currently receiving care.
His father, Sajjan Galan, and his mother, Aasha Moktan, both work as labourers, and are by his side, providing unwavering support. To provide a stable and comfortable home during his essential treatment, Salin and his family are staying at our P-Flat.
