Meet our 250th Leo’s Kid: Anusha Tharu!
We are honored to welcome 6-year-old Anusha Tharu from Bardiya as our 250th Leo’s Kid! This brave little girl has been diagnosed with Lymphoma and is currently receiving treatment at Bharatpur Cancer Hospital.
Anusha is now staying in our supportive C-Flat, a safe and comforting home for her and her family during this challenging time. Her father, Prakash Tharu, works as a labor, and her mother, Manisha Tharu, is a housewife.
Before her diagnosis, Anusha was attending Shree Santi Adharbhut Bidhyakaya in Nursery class. Her journey began with a fever, for which she was taken to a local clinic. She was then taken to Kanti Aarogya Hospital in Nepalgunj, where she was referred to Bharatpur Cancer Hospital. She was diagnosed with cancer there. Anusha enjoys playing mobile games.
