We are honored to welcome 6-year-old Aayush Chaudhary from Sarlai, Bailbas, as our 241st brave Leo’s Kid! Aayush has been diagnosed with T-Cell Blood Cancer and is currently undergoing treatment at Kanti Children’s Hospital in Kathmandu.
Aayush is now comfortably staying at K-Flat, a safe and supportive home away from home generously sponsored by Prime Bank. This ensures he and his family have a secure place to rest and recuperate during his challenging treatment journey. His father, Dev Narayan Chaudhary, works in sewing, and his mother, Anarkali devi Chaudhary, is a dedicated housewife. Aayush also has three siblings.
Before his diagnosis, Aayush was a bright UKG student at Dishat Pathsala. His journey to diagnosis began with a fever, which led his family to a nearby clinic. He was initially treated for a liver issue, but when the medication didn’t help, they sought care at Amrit Healthcare Hospital, where doctors identified a blood disorder. This eventually led them to Kanti Children’s Hospital, where his diagnosis was confirmed. Despite the challenges, Aayush’s spirit shines through, especially when he’s drawing maps, his favorite hobby!
