We’re overjoyed to share the heartwarming news that our 158th Leo’s Kid, the 6-year-old Avash Nepali, has successfully completed his active treatment for sarcoma cancer and is now entering the maintenance phase! Avash is our 120th Leo’s Kid to survive cancer!
Avash received his treatment at Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital under the expert care of Dr. Ritu Lamichhane. During these challenging 501 days, Avash and his family stayed at Leo’s Kid B-flat, which became their home away from home.
His parents have been a pillar of strength, providing immense love and courage throughout Avash’s journey. We are incredibly proud of Avash and his family and wish him all the best on his continued path to full recovery!
