We are thrilled to share that our 153rd Leo’s Kid, Bhumika Adhikari, has successfully completed her active cancer treatment. Bhumika is 100th Leo’s Kid to survive cancer! This inspiring 11-year-old from Dudhauli, Sindhuli, is now entering the maintenance phase—a major milestone on her road to full recovery.
Bhumika received treatment at Kanti Bal Hospital under the dedicated care of Dr. Sudhir Sapkota. For 247 days, she and her family stayed at our Leo’s Kids K-flat, which became a second home during this challenging time.
Her father, Diplal Adhikari, a construction laborer, and her mother, Pramila Adhikari, a devoted housewife, stood by her side every step of the way—offering love, courage, and unwavering support.
We couldn’t be prouder of Bhumika and her family’s incredible strength and resilience. ❤️
