Meet our 223rd Leo’s Kid, Nutan Rajbanshi!
Welcome our 223rd Leo’s Kid, Nutan Rajbanshi! 👋 We are so happy to welcome two-year-old Nutan, from Jhapa, to the Leo’s Kids family. Nutan has been diagnosed with blood cancer and is currently receiving treatment at Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital. His family, including his father Lal Bahadur, a painter, and his mother Rajkumari, are by his side as he bravely faces this journey.
Nutan’s story began with a fever, leading his parents to seek medical attention at Britamod Hospital. A blood test there raised the suspicion of blood cancer, and they were quickly referred to Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital, where his treatment is now ongoing.
Nutan is currently staying at the Arlene Miskelly Memorial Flat, in a room generously sponsored by the Ojha Family. It’s in this safe and supportive environment that he and his family can focus on his healing. We are committed to providing Nutan and his family with long-term housing, food, transportation, and crucial support throughout his treatment.
