Meet our 222nd Leo’s Kid: Min Kumari Ranamagar!
We are absolutely thrilled to introduce you to the newest member of our Leo’s Kids family – our 222nd Leo’s Kid, brave 7-year-old Min Kumari Ranamagar! 💖 Min Kumari comes to us from Hupseot-5 Nawalpur, and despite everything, she has a vibrant spirit, especially when it comes to her favorite hobby: football! ⚽️
Min Kumari’s journey began with concerning symptoms of leg pain and a swollen belly. After being taken to Kanti Children’s Hospital in Kathmandu, she received a diagnosis of B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), a type of blood cancer. At her parents’ request, she was referred to B.P. Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital (BPKMCH) in Bharatpur, Chitwan, where she is currently undergoing treatment. We are so happy to provide a supportive home for her and her family at Leo’s Kids C-flat in Bharatpur during this challenging time.
Her father, Yes bir ranamagar, is a dedicated farmer, and her mother is Parima Ranamagar. Min Kumari also has siblings, Mina and Lokesh. Before her diagnosis, she was in kindergarten at Shree Namuma Primary School.
We are all rallying around Min Kumari and her family as they navigate this difficult path. Her courage shines brightly, and we are committed to providing them with the support they need.
