Sushant graduates from active treatment

15-year-old Sushant is one step closer to being able to play football ⚽️ with his friends again. He has completed active treatment for blood cancer and has begun maintenance phase.

🏡 His family is from the furthest corner of Nepal in Kailali so they will continue to stay in our Kathmandu Leo’s Kids Flats for his monthly checkups.

🏅 Sushant has won several medals for football prior to his diagnosis and he misses playing with his friends and going to school. But for now, he is thankful to be in maintenance phase and has a place to stay in the Flats near the hospital.
